1)How long does it take to dispatch my parcel?

In Stock items take 1-2 days to despatch after payment is received.

Please note that these times may be delayed due to courier strikes, delays, etc. We unfortunately have no control over these factors and are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to these unfortunate events.

2)Where do you get your items from?

All our products are sourced within South Africa

3) What delivery methods are available?

We delivery to your door with a Courier service.

You are also welcome to arrange for your own Courier Company to collect the parcel from us in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

Should you have placed an order and have a query regarding it, then please email us at sales@reddevil.co.za. with your query and your order/invoice number in the subject line. We will answer your query within 24 hours of receiving it.

6) Do you have a shop that we can view the items at?
We are an online store and do not have a physical retail store. Our head office is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

 8) How often do you add new stock to your site?

We add new stock to our site on a weekly basis so feel free to visit our site often to see the new goodies. Sign up  to receive our newsletter and be the first to know of any new developments on our site.

9) Do I have to pay any other charges apart from the price of the item?
Only the courier fee. All our prices are VAT inclusive.

10) Where else can I view your products?

Our products are also available to purchase from Bid or Buy and Takealot.
